Demolition of Kitchen Cabinets After Fire

This home in Sun City had a kitchen fire that left their cabinets damaged, covered in reside and soot. This is a good example of how a small grease fire in the kitchen can cause a great amount of damage in your home. 

Our team at SERVPRO of Georgetown, Florence & Sun City had to remove the cabinets to begin the restoration process after fire damage. The cabinets, unfortunately, could not just be cleaned with OSHA-approved cleaning chemicals. The decision was made to replace them for the restoration process. 

The personal belongings inside the cabinets were stored in a safe place for the time being.
